on December 16th 2000 (started day care on November 13th 2000) I was called in
on December 14th and told that my son don't lisened to the teacher, he can't sit
still for long and all he wants to do is play

Ah yes--'evalutated.' Take him to the doctor, see if they see
what we see, the dreaded ADHD! This is where it all begins, but here we have it
day school, in a 3 year old who 'all he wants to do is play.' Why, of course
that is 'diagnostic', 'there can be no doubt--he has it!']
What I would like to know-- is it to soon for them to think he needs to be
evaluated? He was always busy but has calmed down a lot for the past few weeks.
I am so unhappy and would like to know a little more about the illness and what
should I do. help! help!

Here is a worried mother of a 3-year-old. Until recently the psychopharm
cartel, with ethics that would shame the Cali and Medellin cartels, were content
to prey on school aged children; K-12, then adults, now cradle to 5--meaning
cradle to grave. I'm sure somewhere, at this very moment they are poised to
drug pregnant mothers with overactive fetus'. As medical practice--this is
criminal! Regardless of age, ADHD has never been proved to be a disease, and
yet, make no mistake, they say that it is. The children are normal. And there
are perpetrators from the top down who would prey on three year olds and
tyrannize their mothers, all based on an illness, a disease that they invented
out of entirely normal boys and girls, and persons and infants. And having
labeled another, and sure to supply them with this label and many more, for
life, they would appease their paymaster, the great grand psychopharmaceutical
industry by applying the automatic, Ritalin/amphetamine prescription that does
they know not what to the brains of normal children this age. When will the
enormity of their crime be seen? (ADHD = normal = no disease = not abnormal =
ADHD). When will the government and the courts choose to open their eyes.
Presently they are accomplices.

What kind of a day care facility is it that you cannot simply place your child
elswhere and out of the way of such a psychiatric/psychologic assault? If it is a
government program of some sort they may grow insistent or even call down child
protective services. In the meantime, if you and your family do not suspect
anything abnormal, i.e. any disease, there would appear to be no reason to see a
physician. This sort of decision-making is up to you and the child's father and
family. So long as your child remains in this day care, make complete notes as to
your encounters with personnel. I do hope you have an easy way out, but if this
become legal, as is increasingly is the case across the US (of all places), you
