  HI THIS IS TAMMY AND THINGS DID NOT GO WELL IN COURT
  AT ALL. THE STATE TOOK CUSTODY OF MY SON JEFFREY AND
  THEY ALSO WANT CUSTODY OF MY OTHER 2 CHILDREN

Took custody
of her son based on their allegation she is an incompetent (single) parent because she
rejected the existence of ADHD and oppositional defiant disorder (ODD) as actual diseases. They are not, never were. Any psychiatrist or physician saying to you or leading you to believe that they are is violating your right to informed consent. Any court, assuming this or any psychiatric disorder to be a real disease, requiring, mandating, ordering medical treatment as a condition for retaining custody of their child/children is an unqualified tyranny. Apparently she is threatened with loss of custody of other two children as well]

Psychiatric? It appears that the educator-psychiatric-pharmacologic cartel aims to dictate all conditions by which Tammy and her children are to live, and that if she does not they will label and pathologize her and remove all of her children. Everyone with children in a US public school is at risk. This is about power and it begins with teachers being made into 'brain diagnosticians' and being given power over the child and his/her brain and then, over the entire family. Wake up America, they will target your child next. Just let him or her step out of line or wise off and they will get a label that will start it all.]

the law is in agreement, not with Tammy, but with the mental health community that
has come to include the schools, child protective services and the courts.]

Is not the appending of damaging labels, albeit by psychiatric 'diagnosis', not libel or slander. They do this all the time, belittling and besmirching the reputation of enemies by psychiatric diagnosis. They did it to psychiatrist Duard Bok, a whistleblower in the Texas psych hospitals fraud. It is a routine strategy in coercing parents to allow them to do what they will with the children-with anyone in their sights.]

  parents often end up giving up custody to ensure care, the Bazelon
  Center for Mental Health reports."

 "Approximately 2.1-4.1 million children, aged 9-17 years have a serious
 mental or emotional disorder

of the brain when none of them are; this is a total lie]

 Last year, 23% of parents of children with behavioral disorders were told
 that they needed to relinquish custody to obtain intensive mental health
 services for their children; 20% actually gave up custody

-based on what estimate; 2.1 or 4.1 million? This is as if they had
severe diabetes or treatable, but otherwise fatal heart disease, or
tuberculosis, and would die without treatment they had to be sent away
for. But as we know not a single psychiatric disorder is an actual
disease, not a single one requires a particular form of treatment for
cure or resolution. And yet psychiatry, to assure itself and it's
partner, the pharmaceutical industry, a place in the treatment scheme,
fraudulently refers to every one as a disease, a disease, which must, at
all costs be treated, even if it means having Child Protective Services,
and a local judge, remove the child from it's parents. What is wrong
with this picture in the good old USA, sounding not so good anymore?
The way they damn Tammy Kubiac as a mother and would take her son to
'treat'/drug him is what they refer to a 'relinquishment.' It is,
instead, a crime against normal law-abiding citizens by their government
upon behalf of the psychiatric/medical/pharmaceutical cartel. I will
keep trying to get an original of the Bazelon report on 'relinquishment'
to share with my web site readers. By way of rationalization, the
article goes on: "Many have health insurance, but limited mental health
coverage in private plans and inadequate implementation of screening and
services in public plans deprives them of access to mental health care."
"Custody relinquishment occurs most frequently in Colorado, Indiana, Iowa,
Nebraska, Tennessee, and West Virginia.

-one wonders how many were intact families and how many single parent homes,
from which these children were removed-for 'treatment.' Imagine the number of
parents of divorce, who object to the labeling and drugging who are then
deprived, by the family court of their share of custody as being unfit, and
a barrier to necessary treatment for the 'disease' in question]

 Juxtapose this with the article "Psychiatric Services Claims" from the
 same page.  Unallowable Medicare claims totaling a staggering $224.5 million
 were submitted to acute care hospitals in 10 states for outpatient
 psychiatric services, according to a report from the Inspector General's
 office.  Medicare claims for outpatient psychiatric services in these 10
 states totaled $381.9 million, accounting for 77% of the nations total
 claims {psychiatric] in 1997.  The IG found that patients received services
 that were not documented in accordance with Medicare requirements, were
 rendered by unlicensed staff, or were not reasonable and necessary for the
 patients conditions.

 Lest there be any doubt of psychiatry's intention to call every mental and
 emotional problem a disease for the purpose of justifying one-dimensional
 drug treatment, see page 32 [CPN 5/2000], where, ADHD authority, Joseph
 Biederman speaks of childhood depression and all of it's sub-types.  He
 states: "I propose that early-onset depression shares phenotypic features
 with the late-onset disorder but is not the same disease."  Other statements
 attributed to him:

 Childhood-onset mood disorders appear to be highly familial

Meaning genetic, meaning a disease. However they can say or imply
disease, they do. All such statements and implications are deceitful and
are lies] .

 The earlier depression develops, the more chronic it is likely to be.

 Similarly, early onset correlates with a higher risk of substance abuse,
 agoraphobia, and social phobia, he said at the meeting, also sponsored by
 the South Florida Psychiatric Society.

 "The children are extraordinarily difficult to live with,"  he said.

-imagine the stigma being placed on the child. Imagine this pandering to
struggling parents, struggling needlessly, he would tell them if only they
understood and believed in the disease/chemical imbalance/chemical balancer
(pill) model. ]

 And, on the 'benefit' side of the 'risk' vs. 'benefit' analysis we read

 EKGs show abnormal long Q-Tc intervals in 8% of 495 psychiatric patients,
 the majority receiving antipsychotics.  Long Q-Tc interval can be screened
 for in psych patients as risk factor for sudden unexplained death
 (Reilly et al, Lancet 355 [9209]: 1048-52, 2000)  Independent predictors
 of long Q=-Tc were age >65, use of tricyclic antidepressants, droperidol
 and thioridazine (Mellaril).  Critical lengthening is >456 milliseconds

Psychotropic drugs, especially the psychostimulants and antipsychotis,
are potent, brain and multiorgan poisons.]
