As of right now, the state of NY has control of my children even though we
live in VA. They've demanded that I continue to keep my son under
psychiatric care for the next 12 months or lose him to foster care. They
also demand that I follow the psychiatric recommendations even if it means
medicating my son.
The schools here in VA have put my son through an evaluation for him to
attend school, and when I mentioned that I wanted to homeschool him if they
couldn't give him a one on one teacher, they told me I couldn't because of
the court order in NY. So, unfortunatly, I have to accept being under Child
Protective Supervision for the next 12 months even though I've not been
proven an unfit mother.
D***** is doing much better, but he's definatly got signs of Tardic
Dyskonesia

if he is having the involuntary movements of TD this is
objective evidence of brain damage/toxicity and is due to the medications
(usually anti-psychotics) he is on. Further, the longer he stays on such
medications, manifesting TD, the more likely it is that they will become
permanents, and the more likely that other brain abnormalities
(cognitive-intellectual) will occur. I would advise that you videotape any
and all abnormalities visible to you (there could be Parkinson's syndrome
signs as well)]

. He's also having regular anger outbursts, but they're
nothing like he used to have on drugs. We think he's going to to have these
difficulties for life because of the constant five year drugging he's gone
through
