Public schools get extra federal dollars for every child thus labeled. It
is hard to combat once your child is in their "sights." The surest way
is to quietly move your child to a private or parochial school that you have
researched and determined does not practice this psycho-pharm crime. Home
school is another alternative, none easy or cheap. Good luck. FB]
