informative site. It seems to me, that if a child is labeled
ADHD as a medical condition, and prescribed pharmacologic treatment, and
if that diagnosis is unable to be independently varified by biological
tests, then that child has been subjected to defamation and should have a
case for slander and lible as well as damages for ill conceived and
wrongfully being medicated. I hope to see justice in the future for these
children and would encourage lawyers to get in early for a feeding frenzie
of the likes never seen before. It only takes a single case to fire the
start gun.
